Taylored Mentoring has been established since 2017 and since inception has grown into a flourishing business.
A mentoring relationship is informal, meetings are often in various settings, and the duration is typically long term. A counselling relationship is formal, sessions are typically in a counsellor's office, and the duration is usually not as long term as a mentoring relationship.

Mentoring comes with a good awareness of safeguarding issues and acting when appropriate We have a robust set of policies in place for young persons to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Mentoring may help by providing practical support, promoting self-esteem and confidence. setting achievable goals and understanding what the mentee wants and needs in life.
Our staff will provide all transport required, but are also able to work in the home/school environment, depending on what is best for the Young People.
Each Case is assessed, and costs are based on the hours required per session and the duration of the treatment, there are various funds and grants that may be available which may help absorb cost. please speak to the team who will provide advice.
We have a specialised team who are fully trained in managing mentoring programmes with diagnosed conditions, contact our friendly team we will gladly discuss all your needs and requirements and will likely be able to provide a custom level of mentoring for your child.
TMS focus mainly on the schooling age of Young People (5-18) but are able to provide a bespoke package for those over 18 in certain cases. Feel free to contact a member of our team if you have any questions.
